Terms & Conditions
Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed in designated Pet rooms. The pet fee of $40 is included in the rate for the room. An additional fee may be applied for excessive cleaning required. Guests staying in a pet-friendly room must complete the pet waiver agreement prior to or upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel a reservation, a 24-hour advance notification is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Rooms cancelled after 4:00 PM MDT the day before arrival or no-show reservations will be charged for one night’s stay.
No smoking is allowed in any guest room. Smoking is also not permitted within 20 feet of any open door. In the event the policy is violated, a fee of up to $300 may be applied.
Any room damages caused during your stay will be your responsibility. All room damages will be charged to your credit card or billed to your address above. We are not responsible for theft or lost baggage.
All guests are required to present a valid credit card for incidentals. Guests choosing to pay with cash must do so at check-in. The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation reserves the right to authorize your card for the full amount of your stay to ensure it is valid.
